back in it

Erm...still working on finishing my tediously long IM posts.

Meanwhile-- after a long and much needed recovery period, a two week trip to Brazil, and two weeks of a nasty cold culminating in my first Z-Pack experience, I am ready to start some organized training again in prep for next season.

Sunday--rode the Bailey loop from home with Steph. Didn't even hack too much after being sick! But went slow...illness sure takes it out of your legs.

Monday: 10 minute spin, Hip mobility series, followed by 3(10xSL squat/each + 10xDL hip ext w rope 70#) and 3(10x 45# front squat + 15x SL bosu bridge/each)

Tuesday: 5 minute spin, hip mob series, followed by
jump rope (JR) x20
5 pushups
JR x 40
10 SA sliders
JR x 60
15 pushups
JR x 80
20 SA sliders
JR x 100
20 SA sliders
JR x 80
15 pushups
JR x 60
10 SA sliders
JR x 40
5 pushups
JR x20

And 3(15x chops w band for adductors + 8x single slider HS curls), also 3(2 pullups + 15x external rotator cuff cable pulls)
