i need to ride my bike more.

i should schedule that or something...or at least put it on my trainer at home.

ugh. how is it that i ran a half-marathon yesterday and today i'm having a fat day?

Having some fun with friends in a race is the best. Sounds like you did just that.
Fat days come and go. Stick with your pland the fats days will go away and never return.
